Medal Presentation

The Chatham Daily News was on hand on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2002 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 28 as Lieutenant Commander Mark Van Derbossche, commanding officer of HMCS Provost in London presented Korean War Peacekeeping Medals.

Medals were awarded to HMCS Huron Association Members Karl Ryckman, Ed Crundwell, and Moe Legue as well as RCNA Chatham and Area President Cec Massender. Ryckman and Legue were recognized for service from 1954-55 and Massender and Crundwell for service from 1953-54.
